  • Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Service.
  • Make any unauthorized use of the Service, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
  • Use the Service as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Service and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.

A violation of any of the foregoing is grounds for termination of your right to use or access the Service.

4. Purchases and Payment

If you engage in any purchases within our Service ("Purchase(s)"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: business or service availability, errors in the description or price of the business or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

5. Subscriptions

Billing and Renewal

All payment plans offered through our Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle(s)"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled or terminated. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Subscription will be cancelled and the account may be frozen and inaccessible until payment is made.

Upgrade and Downgrade

For any upgrade or downgrade in Subscription plan, will result in the new rate being charged at the next Billing Cycle. If you upgrade your plan in between Billing Cycles, we will prorate the Subscription costs. There will be no prorating for downgrades in between Billing Cycles.

Free Trial

New users who register for the Service may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, users must upgrade their account to a premium subscription to continue accessing the Service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. However, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. You will contiue to use the Service until the end of your current Billing Cycle.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscriptions and one-time Purchases are non-refundable. This includes both monthly subscriptions and lifetime deals.

Taxes

All our fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you should be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties on checkout.

Fee Changes

We, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

We shall provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

6. Third Party Services

The Service may include the services, content, documents, and information owned by, licensed to, or otherwise made available by a third party ("Third Party Service(s)"). You understand and acknowledge that Third Party Services are the responsibility of the third party that created or provided it and acknowledge that use of such Third Party Services is solely at your own risk.

We make no representations and exclude all warranties and liabilities directly or indirectly, including any express or implied warranties, whether oral or written, related to or pertaining to the use of such Third Party Services, including their non-infringement, accuracy or completeness. Should you avail a Third Party Service, you shall be governed and bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the third parties providing the Third Party Services. You acknowledge that no representation has been made by the Service as to the fitness of the third-party services for any purpose.

7. User-Generated Content Rights

Your Content

While interacting with the Service, you may provide input ("Input") to our services, and as a result, you may receive corresponding output ("Output"). Collectively, Input and Output are referred to as "Content." You are solely responsible for your Content, ensuring its compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions required to provide Input to our Service and to use the Output.
