# LinkedIn Outreach ROI Calculator

Canonical page: https://depost.ai/tools/linkedin-outreach-roi-calculator

Put in how many invitations you send, the rates at each step, your deal value, and the hours it takes, and see the monthly funnel: accepted, replies, meetings, customers, revenue, and what the time cost. The defaults are assumptions to replace with your own numbers; the useful output is which rate is worth five more points.

Free to use, with no account needed.

## How to use it

1. Enter invitations per week, your acceptance, reply, meeting, and close rates, your average deal value, and the hours and cost per hour of outreach. The defaults are assumptions to replace with your own numbers.
2. Read the monthly funnel: accepted invitations, replies, meetings, customers, revenue, and what the time cost.

## Questions people ask

### How does the outreach ROI calculator work?

It runs a five-step funnel: invitations sent, accepted, replied to, turned into meetings, and closed, each step a percentage of the one before, per month. Customers times your average deal value is the revenue; hours a week times your hourly cost is the cost; the return is one against the other. Every input updates the result as you type.

### Where do the default rates come from?

They are starting assumptions so the calculator shows something before you type, and they say so. Nobody publishes reliable LinkedIn outreach benchmarks: the rates depend on who you contact, what you sell, and how warm the request was, and they vary more between two people than between two industries. Your own Sent list and CRM are the source; replace the defaults with them.

### How many connection requests does it take to book a meeting?

At the defaults, about 67 invitations per meeting: 100 sent, 30 accepted, 6 replies, 1.5 meetings. The calculator shows your own figure under the funnel. If it is over 100, the leak is usually acceptance or reply, and both respond to a better note faster than to more volume.

### Which rate should I improve first?

The calculator names it: the one where five more points adds the most customers. It is usually acceptance or reply, because they sit at the top of the funnel and everything below multiplies through them. Raising a rate costs a better note or a better profile; raising volume costs hours and runs into the weekly limit.

### Why are the results monthly?

Because a week is too small to see a customer in, and a quarter hides the weeks you did nothing. A month at 4.33 weeks is where a fraction of a meeting becomes a meeting and the cost of the time becomes a number worth arguing about.

### Are the numbers a forecast?

No. They are arithmetic on the rates you typed. If the rates are yours, measured over a few months, the output is a fair plan; if they are the defaults, it is an illustration of how the funnel compounds, which is useful for a different reason: it shows why a small rate change matters more than a big volume change.

### Does anything leave my browser?

No. The calculation runs on the page and your inputs are saved in your browser so they are there when you come back. Nothing connects to LinkedIn or to us.
